1) The Director knows that Loop is talking to the Siffrins. The earlier question on whether or not they were alive was likely zem playing it up. Or fae just know the signs of when Loop is giving a memory and put the dots together.

2) The Director is aware that Dusk is a Siffrin and doesn't seem to phased that there are two of them. At least does not let Dawn see that it's confused by seeing two Siffrins instead of one.

3) The Director views Siffrins as a whole as villainous.

4) The Director views harming the party as going too far. A line to be crossed.

thinking about mafia shen family au. the system is fucking around with shen qingqius life again and is like yk what if ur not gonna tell your husband anything about yourself then ill force you to. have fun! :D

sqq doesn’t even have the time to think 'wtfff??' before Everything Happens. shen yuan’s soul gets shoved back into his original body just moments before he dies. in this version of the au he was choking on food, so he gets the lovely experience of having his airflow blocked again! lucky for him, the system dragged binghe along for the ride so he is saved before he dies again.

this route for mafia au means that the shen family never had to grieve shen yuan. im not sure how the Family reacts to their a-yuan suddenly having a very strong and intimidating significant other (boyfriend? husband?!??? wdym he got married without telling us!?!?) all of a sudden. does shen yuan come out to his family?? no, but also yes, but also not really. they knew he wasn't straight this entire time, so its more like they are coming out to him instead of the other way around. god knows they have bigger skeletons in their closets, they don't care if a twink is in there too.

there is less angst here, and it mostly centers around the comedic factor of shen yuan showing binghe around his house only for them to "stumble upon" an entire closet filled with guns..!?! shen yuan is just standing there in complete horror as binghe grabs a whole ass ar-15!?!?? hes looking at him with the most innocent eyes asking him what this strange metal object is. jesus fucking christ. his white lotus is holding a gun and now he has to explain gun control policies while his brain is leaking out of his ears. he opens his mouth right before an alarm starts blaring everywhere. he’s saved by the bell! except not really, because now six members of his Family are surrounding them and pointing several guns at binghe!!!!! what the actual fuck is going on here!!!!!! this is not how the 'meet the parents' arc is supposed to go!!

DELTARUNE CHAPTER 4 WEIRD ROUTE SPOILERS BTW!!!

At the point in the game when we are at Noelle's house, Kris throws the Soul (us) out of themselves and has full control over themselves... but that's not true.

Despite this... despite us and Kris being separated... a speech bubble with options appears. And we can still choose the dialogue option and continue on the Weird Route.

Whoever created the connection between us and Kris made sure that we still had control, even if we weren't managing Kris directly.

as for the understuck geno route; here's a loose plot path for it!

basically, the plan would be to have a split in how the route could theoretically go; a normal version of the route following close enough to undertale's canon events with the characters given, and a secret route for speedrunners because sollux deserves to have a proper battle at the chagrin of people trying to speedrun LOL

For her dress, Im not even done with it. I wanna add patterns that represents her and the kingdom but idk how to execute it outfit wise atm. Plus, I wanna fix some problems I have with the dress, mainly the middle and top part as well since it really reminds me of FS! Asha and I dont really want that and wasn't trying to go for that 😭

The hair was pretty fun ngl. I got to see a ton of styles in box braids and they're all really pretty :D. I simply went for the pulled back box braids since I thought it fit her well design wise.

The crown was the easiest. I was just simply looking at crowns from medieval times and I kinda got reminded of The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, And the Wardrobe. Specifically the ending where the kids got their crowns.

I felt like it just fit her design wise. But that probs just me being a sucker for flower crowns right now smh 🤦‍♀️

Going back to the dress, I was heavily looking up Spain Outfits from medieval times including some other ones, like the French outfits for example, mainly as inspriation for the outfit so I can come up with my own design of a dress for Asha :D

The rest of the dress kinda came from my pencil, I was just sketching until the design looked right to me and then was like: YES haha

I did look at her early concept version's of Asha as well, but it was only for her hair, since it is always the hair I have trouble with

(plus this is one of my fav styles I see Asha in from the art book lol)

Idk if this will be her ACTUAL FINAL design, but ig it is a part of the process of my overthinking :')

found a post from pre-Gladiator II release in my drafts and wanted to share (esp now that I finally got around to watching it… and regretted it)

I haven’t even watched Gladiator II yet, but I’m already hoping/wishing they’d give us more of the Senate side this time around. Make Lucius (Lucilla having hid his identity in childhood to protect him from the following emperors) be an adjunct to Geta, and the lover of Fulvia Plautilla before she’s forced to marry Caracalla. The brothers are already low key trying to kill each other and (in history) Caracalla already hated Fulvia, viewing her and her Praetorian Guard leader father as threats to his rule. So with the drama of knowing his wife and his brother’s servant (Lucius, Commodus’ true heir and another unseen threat to his rule) were once a thing, and the intrigue and betrayal he would make of that connection, that just throws more gasoline on the dumpster fire that is Caracalla’s and Geta’s joint rule. Have Gracchus and Lucius be mentor/mentee in the Senate while they play 4D Machiavellian chess with the emperors and try to stay alive while patching up/trying to excise the corruption in the government they’ve dedicated themselves to. I want more ‘continuation of Gladiator but with more emphasis on the politics of the time and an interesting pov within the government’, and less ‘cheap knockoff Maximus in a sad reboot of Gladiator swearing to destroy Corrupt Bad Government made vaguely palatable by dragging the og cast back for a nostalgia-trip’
